About a year ago, Stephan and I decided to start watching the Star Trek series and films in timeline order. This is going to be a long undertaking since we only get to watch television together a few hours a week.

We’re watching Discovery and Picard as they come out, but we’ve watched all of Enterprise and we’re about halfway through watching the Original Series episodes again. Next up will be the original series cast films, then Next Gen and their films, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and then a re-watching of the JJ Abrams films. We figure we’ll be finished in a few years.

Because of this, I was inspired to create a cocktail based on the Andorian Ale that Tiron shares with Captain Archer several times on Enterprise. I believe there are other recipes out there, but this one is mine.

What you’ll Need:

One shot Whipped Cream Vodka

One shot Blueberry Liqueur (I used DeKuyper)

A splash of lime juice

6 ounces lemon-lime soda

Combine the vodka and liqueur in a serving glass. Stir in the splash of lime juice, then top with lemon-lime soda (I used Sprite, but you can use whatever you like–even ginger ale)

Blue raspberry schnapps would also be good instead of the blueberry liqueur, but I couldn’t find it at the ABC store that I visited.

Live Long and Prosper, my friends (and yes, I know that’s Vulcan, not Andorian!)
