Description

This not-too-difficult-to-make fudge will have you dreaming about crisp autumn days, crunching leaves, and hoodie weather!

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups granulated sugar

3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

2 Tablespoons light corn syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

24 ounces white chocolate

7 ounces marshmallow fluff

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Line an 8×8 pan with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.

Combine the sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin, corn syrup, and spice in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.

Boil and stir for 4 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Place the chocolate, fluff, and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer, and pour the hot mixture over it.

Let sit for 30 seconds, then mix on low until all the ingredients are combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let sit overnight.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
