This lovely harvest-time ring cake is from Fall Baking, circa 2021, so the recipe isn’t vintage, but the feel of the cake is.
Between the cinnamon, cloves, honey, orange juice, and bourbon, it has a lovely old-fashioned vibe, and is perfect for dessert, or as a coffee cake with brunch.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
Using your electric mixer, blend the honey, oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, apple cider, orange juice, and bourbon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and beat just until combined.
