Cranberry Pistachio Wreath Cookies

These lovely little Cranberry Pistachio Wreath Cookies are wonderful for the holidays or any time of the year.

You can also change up the shape if you’d like, use dried cherries instead of cranberries, use a different nut–the possibilities are endless!

These cookies use my Cream Cheese and Butter Cookies recipe, cut into rings/wreaths before baking.

Then you make a thick frosting by stirring a tablespoon or two (may need a bit more or a bit less–just so it’s thick and spreadable) of heavy cream into 2 cups of confectioner’s sugar.

Frost the cookies, top with chopped nuts and dried cranberries, and you’re all set!
